Shaw Communications will be making moving easier this summer by promoting its SHAWEASY Move service which allows current Shaw subscribers to move all of their Shaw services – including home phone, cable and Internet – with just one call…free of charge! As a clever tie-in, the Company is utilizing Fresh Track’s Media’s Pizza Box Advertising to publicize the SHAWEASY move offering.Shaw drew upon the network of Fresh Tracks Media, Canada’s leader in Pizza Box Advertising, to target current Shaw customers in the midst of a move. The Company is spearheading the development and distribution of the branded pizza boxes for hungry new homeowners or renters in Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. The boxes feature a creative campaign developed by BBDO that promotes the SHAWEASY Move service and offers customers the opportunity to pick up an additional service and receive one month free. “This program provides a great opportunity for Shaw to reach customers in the midst of a move who, with little time or equipment to cook, will often select pizza as a convenient meal option,” says Yasaman Yeganegi, Account Director, Fresh Tracks Media. “We are thrilled to partner with Shaw to simplify the moving experiences for customers in Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary.” The campaign runs for four weeks starting on June 9, 2008 and is the latest in a string of high-profile client wins for the year and a half old Fresh Tracks Media.
